Analysis
We meet with each customer to see what their needs are and how we can best support their operation. Feedback from all users within your organization is critical to understanding the intent and function of our design.
Design
We design the product in CATIA 3DExperience and work with the customer to make sure that we meet all of the desired requirements. All sent models will have a 2D drawing created per ASME Y14.5 to capture the GD&T for the product.
Review & Data Transfer
We meet with the customer and present our configuration in a critical design review. Once satisfied we convert the models to the desired format and send a complete Engineering package.
